LOOP-INPUT METHOD TO INFORM IN-SERVICE LANGUAGE TEACHERS’ CLASSROOM PRACTICE


Language-teachers in ESL/EFL situation often struggle to motivate their learners to produce English. The presenter uses loop-input method while training teachers to enable them firsthand experience with using language-workstations in classrooms. Workstations allow learners to work in groups/pairs choosing a level-appropriate language activity which interests them and enables multiple-intelligences. Talk shows evidence of successful implementation of this method in classrooms.
