We are happy to announce that the link to Anthony Gaughan’s webinar which took place on Sunday 11 November can be reached at http://iatefl.adobeconnect.com/pkk0vtpr8n9s/.

Anthony Gaughan talked about CELTA training from the perspective of the teacher trainer, focusing on what the on-course experience is like for new CELTA trainers and what to expect in your first year as a CELTA tutor. The link will be available for our members, and general public for marketing purposes for a year. As of 2020, it will only be available for TTEd SIG members. A new webinar with amazing Lindsay Clanfield (if the bulletin is likely to reach the members after this date- please discard this bit.)

Our webinar manager Lucy Pereira will be hosting a free webinar with Lindsay Clandfield on Saturday 19 January at 2pm GMT. The session will focus on topics related to online education in teacher education as teacher trainers are increasingly being asked to create forum tasks, modules, webinars and other online activities as a key part of their work. Lindsay will take us through some principles and practical ideas in task design for online teacher education. Save the date, and sign up as a guest at Join the live event

You are also more than welcome to share the news with your colleagues and in your network. You can also sign up for the event on the event Lucy created on our Facebook group https://www.facebook.com/events/648779255520440/
